Any UK order containing a Tea Set will be delivered within 48 hours Monday to Friday - By either Special Delivery or Business Post and will require to be signed for.
For Teas set to be delivered to the Europe and the rest fo the world (Zone 1 and Zone 2)- please email and we will confirm delivery cost by return.

Plantation Teas will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 1 - 3 working days and in all eventualities within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed). If we cannot deliver within the time you will be notified immediately and with your agreement we will arrange another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed we will fully refund your order.
Stock items are USUALLY dispatched within 1 - 3 working days provided there are no problems with payment clearance or stock. No compensation is payable to customers for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Saturday.
Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependant.
Your goods will be delivered with a £ sterling receipt for the goods purchased.
